PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following item: Adoption of Ordinances of the City of Poway, California, repealing Poway Municipal Code (PMC) Chapters 15.18 and 15.22, and adding new Chapters 15.18 and 15.22 to the PMC, adopting by reference the 2013 California Energy Code and the 2013 California Green Building Standards Code. This project is exempt from the provisions of the 2013 California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") Guidelines pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) in that it entails the adoption of State-mandated Building Codes, with minor amendments.
