NOTICE AND SUMMARY OF
ORDINANCE NO. 770 which was introduced at the regular City Council meeting of May 6, 2014. This Ordinance is scheduled for adoption at the Regular City Council Meeting of May 20, 2014. ORDINANCE NO. 770 entitled, “AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SPECIFIC PLAN AMENDMENT (SPA) 13-005 TO THE SOUTH POWAY SPECIFIC PLAN CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION ON SIXTEEN PROPERTIES, CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 33 ACRES LOCATED ON COMMUNITY ROAD SOUTH OF KIRKHAM WAY, AND LOCATED NORTH OF GREGG STREET ON FLINT PLACE, PAINE PLACE, AND DEARBORN PLACE APNS: 317-271-01, -07, -12, -13, -18, -90, -91, -92, -93, -94; AND 320-220-06, -07, -08, -12, -22, -23.”
This proposed ordinance would change the Land Use Designation on 16 properties from Industrial Park to Light Industrial. Six (6) properties are located on Community Road south of Kirkham Way, and ten (10) are located north of Gregg Street on Dearborn Place, Flint Place and Paine Place.
