NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, the 16th day of June 2014, at 6:00 p.m., (or as soon thereafter as practicable) in the Del Mar Communications Center, 240 Tenth Street, Del Mar, California, the City Council will conduct public hearing(s) on the following:
A Request for Relief from the Horizontal Zoning requirements of the Central Commercial Zone to allow a street-frontage building space to be occupied with a professional office use at 1335 Camino del Mar. Applicant: Richard Wheelock Jr., Del Mar Medical Properties/ APN: 300-020-03
Those desiring to be heard in favor of or in opposition to this item, will be given an opportunity to do so during such hearing or by writing to the City Council at 1050 Camino del Mar, Del Mar, CA, 92014. Attention: Administrative Services Director. On any correspondence, please reference the hearing title and date.
Under California Government Code 65009, if you challenge the nature of the proposed action in Court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing, described in this notice, or written correspondence delivered to the City at, or prior to, the public hearing.
