NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, the 17th day of November 2014, at 6:00 p.m., (or as soon thereafter as practicable) in the Del Mar Communications Center, 240 Tenth Street, Del Mar, California, the City Council will conduct public hearing(s) on the following:
Appeal of the Planning Commission’s Denial of a portion of application V-14-02, a request for a variance from Del Mar Municipal Code (DMMC) Section 30.15.070.C.1.d to encroach 4’6” into the otherwise required 10’-wide street side yard setback for the proposed construction of a replacement single-family residence on a property located at 2828 Oceanfront in the R1-5B Zone.
Those desiring to be heard in favor of or in opposition to this item, will be given an opportunity to do so during such hearing or by writing to the City Council at 1050 Camino del Mar, Del Mar, CA, 92014. Attention: Administrative Services Director. On any correspondence, please reference the hearing title and date.
Under California Government Code 65009, if you challenge the nature of the proposed action in Court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing, described in this notice, or written correspondence delivered to the City at, or prior to, the public hearing.
