CITY OF DEL MAR NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, the 1st day of December 2014, at 6:00 p.m., (or as soon thereafter as practicable) in the Del Mar Communications Center, 240 Tenth Street, Del Mar, California, the City Council will conduct public hearing(s) on the following: A request for approval of a Boundary Adjustment (BA14-001) to realign the common property boundary between 226 24tth Street and 225 25th Street.  The applicant is requesting a “Suspension of Design Requirements” in accordance with DMMC Section 24.70.090, in that proposed adjustment would result in lot configurations that would not conform to current subdivision design requirements.  Applicant: Andrew Donner.  APN(S): 299-091-13 & 299-091-04. Those desiring to be heard in favor of or in opposition to this item, will be given an opportunity to do so during such hearing or by writing to the City Council at 1050 Camino del Mar, Del Mar, CA, 92014. Attention: Administrative Services Director. On any correspondence, please reference the hearing title and date. Under California Government Code 65009, if you challenge the nature of the proposed action in Court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing, described in this notice, or written correspondence delivered to the City at, or prior to, the public hearing.
