NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Community Development Director will hold a hearing and will make a determination regarding the application listed below on: Thursday, January 15, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. in the Del Mar City Hall Annex, 235 11th Street, Del Mar, CA 92014.
Said determination will result in the approval, conditional approval, or denial of the individual application. The Director’s action shall be deemed final if no written appeal is filed with the City Clerk within 10 days following the determination. Submittals for an appeal of the Director’s determination shall be pursuant to the Del Mar Municipal Code.
Important note: This project also requires the receipt of a separate Design Review Board Permit (DRB14-052) and Coastal Development Permit (CDP14-029), which has been applied for and being processed as a separate review.
