NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, the 1st day of June 2015, at 6:00 p.m., (or as soon thereafter as practicable) in the Del Mar Communications Center, 240 Tenth Street, Del Mar, California, the City Council will conduct public hearing(s) on the following:
A request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP15-005) to authorize an approximate 2,965 linear-foot extension of the River Path Del Mar trail across 15 parcels east of Jimmy Durante Boulevard with a termination at the Lagoon Viewpoint at the Old Grand Avenue Bridge, installation of trail amenities including seating, signage and fencing, vegetation removal and the establishment of 0.36 acres of Diegan coastal sage scrub, minor grading, and debris removal. The City Council will also consider certification of an associated draft Mitigated Negative Declaration (Environmental Assessment EA15-001) for the project.
