CITY OF POWAY NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following item: Resolution Establishing Assessments for Poway Landscape Maintenance District 86-2 to be Collected on the San Diego County Property Tax Roll for Fiscal Year 2015/2016. To continue to maintain landscape facilities at their current levels, Fiscal Year 2015/2016 ASSESSMENTS are required to be collected in the amount of $20,477.60 for Zone A (Residential) and $50,033.76 for Zone B (Residential). FACILITIES are defined as the landscape improvements within the rights-of-way associated with annexed subdivisions adjacent to portions of Poway Road, along the southern boundary of the Eagle Pointe subdivision, and along portions of Garden Road and within the Sycamore Creek subdivision. The Zone A ASSESSMENT RATE for Fiscal Year 2015/2016 is proposed to remain at the Fiscal Year 2014/2015 rate of $186.16 per benefit unit and is to be collected on 110 parcels. The Zone B ASSESSMENT RATE for Fiscal Year 2015/2016 is proposed to remain at the Fiscal Year 2014/2015 rate of $297.82 per benefit unit and is to be collected on 168 parcels.
