NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following item:
Resolution Establishing Assessments for Poway Landscape Maintenance District 87-1 to be Collected on the San Diego County Property Tax Roll for Fiscal Year 2015/2016.
To continue to maintain landscape facilities at their current levels, Fiscal Year 2015/2016 ASSESSMENTS are required to be collected in an estimated amount of $638,249.58 for Landscape Maintenance District 87-1. FACILITIES are defined as the landscape improvements within the rights-of-way including roadway medians along portions of Pomerado Road, Scripps Poway Parkway, and Community Road; portions of Stowe Drive; three detention/retention basins; and the Metate staging area.
The ASSESSMENT RATES for Fiscal Year 2015/2016 are proposed to remain at the Fiscal Year 2014/2015 rates of $790.00 per net acre for the Parkway Business Centre I and II, Tech Business Center, and Slough Poway II, LLC; $842.68 per net acre for Pomerado Business Park I and II, Trident Center, Discovery Isle, Parkway Business Centre III, Legacy Partners, Toppan, Poway Corporate Center, Poway Views, LLC, Watkins Terminals, and Costco/Home Depot; and $210.68 per benefit unit for the residential properties of Rolling Hills Estates I and II, Valencia Creek, Kimball, Aviano/Bothwell, Rexford, and Dynasty Development.
NO INCREASE IN ASSESSMENT RATES ARE PROPOSED FOR THIS DISTRICT
