NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL
PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold a Public Hearing to consider the following item:
Resolution Establishing Assessments for Poway Landscape Maintenance District 86-3 to be Collected on the San Diego County Property Tax Roll for Fiscal Year 2015/2016.
To continue to maintain landscape facilities at their current levels, Fiscal Year 2015/2016 ASSESSMENTS are required to be collected in the amount of $25,917.00 for Zone A (Residential) and $16,182.70 for Zone B (Commercial). Zone A FACILITIES are defined as those landscape improvements within the rights-of-way adjacent to portions of Pomerado Road, Old Pomerado Road, Beeler Creek, Metate Lane, Oak Knoll Road, and Sage View, including open space areas. Zone B FACILITIES are defined as the landscape improvements within the rights-of-way associated with annexed development adjacent to portions of Poway, Midland, and Community Roads.
The Zone A ASSESSMENT RATE for Fiscal Year 2015/2016 is proposed to remain at the Fiscal Year 2014/2015 rate of $163.00 per benefit unit and is to be collected on 159 parcels.
The Zone B ASSESSMENT RATE for Fiscal Year 2015/2016 is proposed to remain at the Fiscal Year 2014/2015 rate of $75.31 per benefit unit and is to be collected on 16 parcels for a total of 214.88 benefit units.
