NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Poway will hold a Public Hearing at the time and location noted below to consider the following item: Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 14-007 and Minor Development Review Application (MDRA) 14-028; Community Church of Poway, Applicant: A proposal to modify the existing CUP for the Community Church of Poway to construct a 624-square-foot detached building on the property located at 13501 Community Road, within the Residential Single-Family 2 zone and the Old Poway Specific Plan area. The proposed project is Categorically Exempt as a Class 3 Categorical Exemption from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15303(e) of the CEQA Guidelines, in that the project consists of construction of a new small accessory structure.
