NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given by the CITY OF POWAY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT of A PUBLIC HEARING on the following items that will be held before the POWAY CITY COUNCIL at the time and location noted below. Environmental Assessment and Zoning Ordinance Amendment (ZOA) 14-002, an Ordinance of the City of Poway, CA, amending Chapters 17.08, 17.18, and 17.20, and adding Chapter 17.31 to Title 17 of the Poway Municipal Code pertaining to regulations for amateur radio antenna installations in residential areas; a Resolution approving a Negative Declaration for ZOA 14-002, and a Resolution amending the Master Fee Schedule to establish processing fees pertaining to antenna permits and appeals. Pursuant to California Government Code 66016, information on the Master Fee Schedule amendment will be available 10 days prior to the public hearing. The Master Fee Schedule amendment is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) the CEQA Guidelines in that it can be found with certainty that establishment of processing fees will not result in an effect on the environment.
